The Barossa Council Council has a few things scheduled for the School Holidays including Animals Anonymous at Mt Pleasant:

Close to home
Situated at Cambrai, Meldanda is a treasure trove for active and curious kids. Click on the link to see just how fabulous this amazing park is.
Built between 1899 and 1903 the Whispering Wall is part of the dam wall located in the Barossa Reservoir Reserve and is known for its unique acoustic effects. Words whispered at one side can be clearly heard at the other, more than 100 metres away.

Always things to do during the holidays - well worth a visit - you can spend hours there!

FREE STUFF
So much free stuff! The Art Gallery is free for all - except the occasional special exhibition. Give the children the gift of some culture. The Museum is also free. The South Australian Museum is a natural history museum and research institution in Adelaide, South Australia, founded in 1856 and owned by the Government of South Australia. It occupies a complex of buildings on North Terrace in the cultural precinct of the Adelaide Parklands. The Botanic Gardens are a treasure trove of unusual and beautiful plants and collections - and a lovely, cool place to picnic in summer!
