Mount Pleasant Sub Branch of the RSL

The RSL is situated at 154 Melrose Street, and meetings are held monthly, as well as social nights. You don’t need to have been associated with the armed services to become a member.

Mount Pleasant Show Society

Held in March, the Mount Pleasant Show has been going since the mid 1860’s, and has only been cancelled twice. It remains one of South Australia’s most popular rural shows, and is still as popular as it ever was.

Friends of the Mount Pleasant Hospital

The Friends meet at the hospital at 10am on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. The Friends’ Garden Fete is held each year in October, in the grounds of Glen Devon.
